Identity checks can expire for the following reasons :
1. It has been two years since the last identity check was performed :
By default, all identity check records are valid for 24 months from the date when it was performed.
2. Your details have changed :
If you previously had a valid identity check and subsequently update your contact address and/or personal details this will automatically invalidate your current identity check.
In both cases a new identity check will be done automatically when you make a new investment.
